This year we joined some friends and took the boys to a Trunk or Treat at a local church. To our surprise, there was more than just candy! Inside we found jumphouses and a variety of carnival games.
The boys were very excited to wear their costumes. Eli was a police officer, Isaiah was Superman, and Austin was a horse.
Speaking of horses, Eli finally had his first pony ride. This time, he just wanted to touch the horse, but before he knew what was happening, the handler had hoisted him right onto the saddle! I walked beside Eli and he made it around the circle without even crying.
Isaiah was so adorable toddling around as Superman. His little cape even blew a little as he walked!
Needless to say, it was a late night and we didn't get the boys to bed until well after 9pm. Once again, I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the whole thing went! Isaiah was definatley a trooper and Eli was a little angel, delighted with all the C-A-N-D-Y!

Bella was definately into the candy thing too. The boys look adorable and I bet Isaiah was a hit in his little costume walking around!
How fun! They are so precious. Alan and I will certainly stop by for Thanksgiving. How crazy is it that we will so close to each other, half way across the country from where we grew up!
